We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders made at the weekend will be dispatched Monday.

This is same day dispatch from the time we receive your documentation (proof of identity and entitlement). Therefore, please send your documentation as soon as possible after your order. This will ensure there are no delays in receiving your plates.

We send all orders with Evri Next Day Delivery.

If purchased from our road legal section your plate will be 100% road legal.

We are a DVLA approved supplier of number plates and adhere to all laws set out. This includes; ensuring our business name and postcode is located at the bottom of each plate and the BS number in the corner. We also require documentation before the production of number plates.

Number plates are road legal plates which can be attatched to your car to display your licence plate, whilst adhering to all DVLA laws.

Show plates do not adhere to these DVLA laws. Therefore, they can not be used on a vehicle whilst driving.

Unfortunately, as we turn number plates around as quickly as possible, it is often the case that this is not possible. If you immediately notice an issue please contact us and we will try to intercept the package before it is posted.

We are a DVLA registered supplier of number plates and therefore, follow all rules set out by them. This includes the need to receive documentation before providing plates. We understand that this can be an inconvenience, however, it is a law we must follow. If you purchase from a company which does not ask for these, then please be wary as this could imply the plates they supply are not road legal.

Once we have received this documentation we can process and dispatch your order quickly.

We require 2 forms of documentation;
1. Proof of identification:
- Driving Licence
- Utility bill (electricity, gas, water or landline bill) issued within the last 6 months
- Council Tax bill; issued within the last 6 months
- Bank or building society statement; issued within the last 6 months
- A national identity card, issued by the government

2. Proof of entitlement to the number plate (the number plate does not have to be in your name, e.g. can buy for a partner, but the document is required.
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C)
- New Keeper's Details Section (V5C/2) of the V5C
- Certificate of Entitlement (V750)
- Retention Document (V778)
- Tax Reminder or SORN Reminder (V11) or V11(NI))
- Temporary Registration Certificate (V379)
- Number Plate Authorisation Certificate (V948/EV948) with Official DVLA Stamp
- A letter of authorisation from a fleet operator, lease company or hire company - letter must quote the document reference number from V5C, not the vehicle identification number.

Please provide one piece of documentation from each section.

The Identification document name does not need to match the entitlement document as number plates can be purchased as a gift

All our number plates are sent out without drill holes. This is because hole placement varies between vehicles.

We send plates out with sticky adhesive pads which is a quick, easy alternative to drilling.
